"Star Angel", an exceptional, 1986 release from Command Video and director Cecil Howard. Featuring a dark theme pulled together perfectly by an intricate and well-enacted storyline, this feature presentation is most certainly one of the better ones of both its era and in the history of adult. Going into this, the viewer shouldn't necessarily expect any happy endings and should also be aware that the sex--which is still smokin' hot--is there more to serve the plot than, as is more generally true of adult films, the other way around. Acting-wise, Jerry Butler is superb, as are Colleen Brennan and Tigr. Angel, Ron Jeremy, and Taija Rae, while playing less demanding parts, nevertheless turn out solid performances, as well
