Well, I've been waiting kind of for the right time, really,

to introduce you into a different concept here at the Institute, okay?

You know, we've had a couple of girls, well, basically graduate and leave us.

And we have some openings.

And even though you have had a pretty rocky start--

-Yeah, that's a nice way to say it. -It's true.

But I think that with some of our interactions recently,

I've seen some improved attitude and some improvements by you.

Yeah, I think I've made some progress.

I think so, too. I think you've made a lot of progress, actually.

And in speaking with the dean and some of the other teachers and administrators,

we have decided to promote you.

So now you're going to be kind of on the level that Betty is.

We're making you a prefect of the Institute.

All right?

Now, with this responsibility, okay,

there are some major consequences if you screw this up.

Yeah, well, there probably is more expectation.

There is a lot more expectation.

The expectation is going to be higher now

because you're going to have the ability to punish girls,
